Pre-Installation Setup
All materials verified against your approved proposal. Color, brand, quantity, everything double-checked before install day. No substitutions without your approval.
Professional Installation
Our Twain Harte crew installs every layer to manufacturer specifications: underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, starter strip, field material, hip and ridge caps, and ventilation. Every fastener placed per the manufacturer nailing schedule.
Final Inspection
After installation: quality inspection, building department sign-off, manufacturer warranty registration, and cleanup. Your new roof is warranted from the day it passes inspection.
